The University of Education UE has announced the admissions in MS, MPhil, MBA, and Ph.D. programs for fall 2023. Thus, the last date to apply for admission at UE wat September 30, 2023.

UE Entry Test Result 2023 Interview Merit List

UE MS, MPhil, MBA, and Ph.D. programs entry tests will be conducted on 4 October 2023. While the UE entry test date for the Ph.D. program is 5 October 2023. However, the UE will announce the entry test result for the above-mentioned programs on 6 October 2023. While the interview merit list will be displayed on 08 October 2023.

Classes Commence Date of UE

The candidates who are searching for classes commence date of UE can check all the information related to MS, MPhil, MBA, and Ph.D. programs on this page. Thus UE classes commence date is 1st November 2023.

General Information for Candidates of MS/MPhil/MBA and Ph.D.

1. The MS/MPhil/MBA and PhDAdmission Test (UE Entry Test) will be conducted ONLINE at the concerned Division/Campuses. The candidates have to bring their Smartphone / Laptop for the ONLINE UE Entry Test. In this regard, the candidates have to follow COVID-19 SOPs in letter and spirit.
2. This is the main responsibility of the candidates to arrange or manage an internet connection/mobile data for the uninterrupted ONLINE (On-Campus)UE Entry Test.
3. The candidate has to select their desired test center where he/she is interested to apply for the admission of MS/MPhil/MBA and PhD
4. The MS/MPhil candidates will have to appear for UE Entry Test (GAT + Subject-based)on October 04, 2023, at 10:00, am at the relevant UE Division/Campus where they have applied for admission (Reporting time will be 09:00 am).
5. The candidates of the MBA program will have to appear in UE Entry Test (GAT) on October 04, 2023, at 10:00, am at the concerned UE Division/Campus where they have applied for admission (Reporting time will be 09:00 am)
6. The candidates of Ph.D. program will have to appear in Entry Test (Subject-based) on October 05, 2023, at 10:00, am at the concerned UE Division/Campus where they have applied for admission (Reporting time will be 09:00 am)
7. On October 06, 2023, the list of successful candidates will be displayed on the official website of the University of Education which is ue.edu.pk.
8. The successful candidates of Ph.D. programs will appear for the interviews on 07 October 2023 at the concerned UE Division/Campus where they have applied for admission. (Interview timings: 09:00 am to 11:00 am)
9. The successful candidates of MS/MPhil/MBA programs will appear for the interview at the concerned UE Division/Campus where they have applied for admission on 07 October 2023 (Interview Timings: 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm).
10. After interviews, UE’s 1st merit list (Morning/Evening) will be displayed on 08 October 2023 at the official website of the University of Education.

Instructions for Qualified Candidates

• The candidates, whose names are displayed in the merit lists, will contact the Admission Incharge of the concerned division/campus, along with original educational documents, CNIC/Form-B, and Father/Guardian CNIC. You have to submit two sets of photocopies of all the mentioned documents.
• After the verification process of UE is successfully completed, the Admission Office of the relevant Division/Campus will issue a fee Challan for deposit of Admission/Semester fee.
• The candidate will deposit the fee in any branch of the Bank of Punjab BOP before the last date of fee submission. The candidate should get the computer-generated deposit receipt/customer copy of the fee payment. However, he/she should keep the computer-generated deposit receipt/customer copy for his/her own record.
• If a candidate does not submit the Admission dues/Semester fee before the last date of fee submission, the admission offer shall automatically be canceled.
