Fee Structure for Pakistani Medical Graduates
PMC has issued the fee structure for Pakistani Medical Graduates. So, the Pakistani medical students who wish to appear for the PMC December exams can check here the detailed fee structure of the following examinations.

- NLE Step 1 (Medical) First Retake
Fee for NLE Step 1 (Medical) First Attempt
Those Graduates who are giving their NLE Step 1 (Medical) for the first time in December 2023 are exempted from the fee.
Fee for NLE Step 1 (Medical) First Retake
However, Graduates who could not clear their NLE Step 1 (Medical) in August 2023 and giving their first retake in December 2023 will pay a subsidized fee of PKR 3000/-. Thus, the subsidized fee is valid for 1 retake exam only.

The fee for all the foreign graduates who are giving their NLE Step 1 (Medical) for the first time in December 2023 is PKR 12000/-
Fee for NLE Step 1 (Medical) First Retake
However, the fee for Graduates who could not clear their NLE Step 1 (Medical) In August 2023 and are giving their first retake in December 2023 will pay the subsidized fee of PKR 3000/-. Thus, the subsidized fee is valid for 1 retake exam only.
Fee for NLE Step 2 (Medical) First Attempt or Retake
The applicable fee for NLE Step 2 (Medical) is the same for the first attempt or retake as mentioned above.
