The Punjab Higher Education Department has introduced an e-transfer system for teachers at public colleges. The department has also launched a teacher e-transfer android app on September 24, 2022. Higher Education HED E-Transfer System For College Teachers
The Higher Education Department of Punjab HED has taken great initiative for teachers. Therefore, they make the overall process transparent, efficient, and convenient for college teachers. There are about 13000 plus college teachers teaching in 791 colleges across Punjab. So, it is good news for all the teachers in the colleges to have such convenient options for transfer. The HED e-transfer system for teachers at public colleges will be a lifetime gift for college teachers.
The HED further issued instructions to start the online transfer of college teachers in Punjab with effect from 24 September 2022. Therefore, all the college’s teachers in the 36 districts of Punjab can apply for the transfer online.
HED College Teachers E-Transfer Method
If any college teacher is interested to apply for the online transfer, he/she have to follow the e-transfer method given below.
- Open e-transfer app
- Signup or Login into your account
- Enter the required information online
- The merit list of teachers will be displayed on the screen
- After this, the selected college teachers will be asked to verify documents
- Now, the procedure to transfer to another college is done.
